Training

Fit for HSW: We train your production staff and service technicians individually or in intensive seminars with up to four participants. Training covers:

• Introduction of the Post Box System (PBS) and/or Mail-Piece-Control (MPC)
• Working with documentation, the operator manual and our spare parts service
• Setting up and configuring the system
• Fine adjustment for optimal mail flow
• Independent exchange of parts subject to wear
• IT-guided error analysis and troubleshooting (Messtrace (measurement and tracing software for recording system processes and errors), data backup)
• Training and performance of maintenance, service and control activities
• Introduction to the web-based service module

The participants receive for each seminar extensive training documentation as well as access data to our web-based service module. The seminar lasts 4 days (in some cases longer) and can be conducted at our plant in Augsburg or directly onsite in the integrated system environment by one of our experienced service technicians.
